Open 7 days a week for your convenience, with late-night appointments on Thursdays until 8pm and Sundays from 10am to 5pm, we make it easy to fit exceptional hair care into your schedule. We are located on the sea front near Iceland and have easy parking that can be found on sea front or on Castle Hill Road.

Salon Policies & Your Experience

At Red Hair Hastings, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every service and product. Services: Due to the personalised nature of hairdressing services, we are unable to offer refunds on treatments, cuts, colours, or styling once they have been provided. However, if you are dissatisfied with your service, please let us know within 7 days, and we will work with you to correct it.

Products: Refunds or exchanges on hair care products are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

At Red Hair Hastings, we’re committed to exceptional service and want every client to leave feeling happy and confident. If something hasn’t met your expectations, please let us know so we can put it right.

Raising a concern

  • In salon: Speak to a member of our team during your visit (we’ll do our best to resolve it straight away).

  • After your appointment: Contact us by phone or email.

To help us investigate quickly, please include your name, appointment date, and a brief description of the issue (photos can be helpful where relevant).

What happens next

Resolution
We’ll review your feedback and work with you to agree a fair outcome. Where appropriate, this may include a correction, an alternative service, or another suitable solution.

Follow-up
We’ll check in afterwards to make sure the matter has been resolved.

Your trust matters to us. We’re committed to providing a safe, welcoming, high-quality salon experience — and to addressing concerns respectfully and professionally.

At Red Hair Hastings, we understand that life can be busy, and plans may change. To ensure we can provide the best possible service to all our clients, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Late Cancellations / No-Shows: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may incur a charge of 50% of the booked service. If a deposit has been paid, then this is non refundable.

At Red Hair Hastings, we value your time and aim to provide every client with a seamless, relaxing salon experience. If you arrive late for your appointment: We will do our best to accommodate you, but your service may need to be shortened to avoid affecting other clients’ appointments. For significant delays, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure you receive the full attention and high-quality service you deserve.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, which allows us to offer appointments to all clients and maintain the high level of service you expect from our 5-star salon.
